What is coaching?
The Client
The effectiveness of coaching depends on the client’s willingness to engage honestly in reflection and discussion. Therefore, clients are encouraged to:
→ Attend sessions with full presence;
→ Approach the process with curiosity and openness; and
→ Work on any self-assigned or recommended exercises/experiments between sessions.
Despite the general structure of the engagements below, the coaching process is client-directed, which is designed to support the client’s own agency and confidence.
The Coach
…serves as an experienced partner in this work, supporting the client in navigating the process of transformation by:
→ Using tools of active listening and thoughtful questions to spark fresh insights and awareness;
→ Holding the space for the work to take place; and
→ Accountability.
Coaching is a partnership between client and coach for the purpose of maximizing the client’s full potential. The process of coaching is one of reflection, active inquiry, and discovery. It’s also client-directed, meaning the client is in the driver’s seat as they determine target outcomes, goals, and focus areas.
All coaching conversations are confidential.

Career Alignment
For professionals navigating uncertainty, transition, or reinvention.
Most career confusion isn't a lack of ambition – it's a lack of clarity. About what truly matters, what's getting in the way, and what an aligned next move would look like given who you actually are rather than who you've been told to be.
This engagement provides space for thoughtful reflection, structured exploration, and strategic action. Clients are supported to clarify their strengths, values, and career direction – and to translate that clarity into practical, aligned career decisions and movement.
Who this engagement is designed to help
This coaching package is intended for experienced early- and mid-career professionals who feel stuck, restless, or ready for something different – as well as for those navigating deliberate pivots, whether that means a new role, a new industry, or a broader reinvention of what work means to them.
Professionals who may be experiencing one or more of the following:
A sense of being successful but misaligned in their current work
Questions about career direction or next chapter
Feelings of ambiguity, burnout, or stalled growth
A desire to approach their career more intentionally and strategically
The primary focus of this work is career alignment and professional development, not job search strategy, resume preparation, or interview coaching.

Sessions typically last 60 minutes and are conducted virtually; in-person engagements are available upon request and subject to travel arrangements.

A more coherent sense of career direction
Clear articulation of their strengths and how they can operate in their work

Managers as Developers
For people managers who want to lead in a way that actually develops people.
Management is one of the most consequential roles in any organization – and one of the least supported. Most managers were promoted for doing individual work well, then handed a team and expected to figure out the rest.
As organizations face ongoing talent constraints and changing workforce expectations, the role of managers has expanded significantly. Today’s managers are expected not only to deliver results, but also to develop people, build culture, and align individual growth with organizational needs – often without adequate preparation or support. Managers as Developers coaching is designed to meet this reality by helping managers build the practical skills, awareness, and confidence required to lead people effectively.
Who this engagement is designed to help
Designed for people managers, supervisors, and mid- to senior-level leaders who want to strengthen their ability to actively develop, support, and engage their teams – not just coordinate their work. It is particularly well-suited for managers navigating increased scope of responsibility, evolving expectations around leadership and culture, or a shift toward more people-centered ways of working.

Leadership Alignment
For senior leaders and executives ready to close the gap between intention and impact.
At the senior level, the stakes of misalignment are high – and the feedback loops are often broken. Leaders in positions of authority frequently have the least access to honest input about how they're actually experienced by the people around them.
Who this engagement is designed to help
Leadership Alignment coaching is designed for senior leaders and executives working to bring their leadership behaviors into closer alignment with their values and the cultures they're trying to build. It is particularly relevant for leaders sensing erosion of trust or credibility, navigating significant organizational change, or seeking to engage honestly with the gap between how they see themselves and how others experience them.
Typical focuses for this type of engagement include:
Surfacing and examining the gap between intended and perceived leadership impact
Aligning visible leadership behaviors with stated values and culture
Navigating credibility, influence, and trust challenges at the senior levels of an organization
Fostering organizational culture at the systems level
Working through the complexity of leading during organizational change or transition
Typical Structure
Engagements typically run six to twelve months, reflecting the depth and complexity of the work at this level. Scope and structure are determined through the initial consultation.
Sessions typically last 60 minutes and are conducted virtually; in-person engagements are available upon request and subject to travel arrangements.
Between sessions, clients may be encouraged to complete brief reflection exercises or small career experiments designed to deepen insight and support practical application.
Core Outcomes
Target outcomes for this type of engagement typically include:
Clear understanding of how leadership behavior is experienced
Alignment between personal leadership identity and organizational values
Concrete behavioral commitments tied to real contexts
Clear next steps for continued growth beyond coaching
